The January 2024 article, partially from a speech I gave in 2023 on the future of AI, work, and what business around the world are overlooking. Not only has this speech aged well, a few of the points I publicly shared in that article have already produced exceptional results. This will continue to age well.
"This is the end," one of my friends mumbled to me. He showed me a video of a janitorial robot cleaning a well-organized restroom. In the video, the robot entered the restroom that was already cleaned. The robot cleaned the sink, toilet and managed to add paper towels, soap and toilet paper. Once the robot finished, it exited the bathroom and moved down the hall to the next bathroom.
